This evening, during the gala for the presentation of L’Espresso Guide 2024 of the Best Restaurants in Italy, held in the National Theater Che Banca in Milan, Ristorante Reale has gained 19/20 points and received the ‘Best Dish’ award for the dish Lentils, hazelnut and garlic. The dish is the narration of our research work and territory.
