Besides the award as best Italian Restaurant, Reale received the special award as Best Vegetable Menu. In 2022 the first tasting vegetable menu of Reale Restaurant was launched, a journey made of 14 courses, result of years of study not intending to eliminate animal proteins entirely form the menu (they are actually in our a-la-carte menu), but it’s the storytelling of the research made on vegetables that opens to further growth and potential.
