Sourdough, organic soft wheat flour, free-range egg yolk, Bourbon vanilla beans, dairy butter, organic citrus honey, fine Tanzania chocolate flakes, candied orange zests handcrafted in the laboratory and an emulsion of Sicilian organic almond that replaces and conveys, together with the cinnamon, delicate floral notes.. A delicious and delicate baked oven pastry, enveloped in citrus and floral notes, is ideal for breakfast and for the next day. Produced in a limited edition and packaged in its elegant white box, the Colomba Niko Romito is about the Chef’s passion for finding the best raw materials: the mother yeast that comes from the fermentation of the grapes of Casadonna’s vineyard, the organic soft wheat flour free-range egg yolk, Bourbon vanilla beans, dairy butter, organic citrus honey, fine Tanzania chocolate flakes, candied orange zests handcrafted in the Laboratory and an organic Sicilian almond emulsion that replaces a part of the butter and conveys, together with the cinnamon, delicate floral notes.
