Bomba is a sphere of risen dough, fried and stuffed, a modern version of a popular pastry classic rivisited in a contemporary key. Beside the traditional fillings – custard cream, apricot jam – a variety of savoury options developed by Niko Romito and his team create a new delicious “street food” offer to be enjoyed all day long.
