Gaia Giordano is Chef of the Year for the Espresso Guide

Gaia Giordano is Chef of the Year for the Espresso “Guide to Italian Restaurants 2018”.
The 19th of October Gaia was awarded with the prestigious prize in Florence by Enzo Vizzari, director of the guide, and Carlo Boschi, brand manager of Veuve Cliquot.

Gaia Giordano is the Executive Chef of SPAZIO, the restaurant-laboratories run by the students and graduates of Niko Romito Formazione.
